   Jenis Penggunaan dan Contoh NO and ANY

  Teman - teman sudah pernah mendengar NO and ANY ? Sudah pernah mendengar tahu tidak paham ?? atau belum pernah tahu sama sekali ?? Yuk cari tahu dan nambah ilmu ...

      No dan Any  sama - sama mempunyai makna negatif. No digunakan di kalimat positif (+) dan Any digunakan dikalimat negatif (-) dan interrogative (?).

Ketentuan Penggunaan NO and ANY :

1. Jika pertanyaannya what , jawabannya "nothing / anything".

2. Jika pertanyaannya who , jawabannya "no one / nobody / anyone / anybody".

3. Jika pertanyaannya what + noun , jawabannya "no + noun / any + noun".

4. Jika pertanyaannya where , jawabannya " nowhere / anywhere ".

5. Jika pertanyaannya when , jawabannya "nowhen / anywhen".

            -  NO ANY as Subject

E.g :

- Who helps her ?

  a. No one helps her.

  b. Any one does not help her.

- What is catching a fish ?

 a. Nothing is cathcing a fish.

 b. Anything is not catching a fish.

- Who has watched a movie ?

  a. No body has watched a movie.

  b. Any body has not watched a movie.

- What lesson is boring ?

  a. No lesson is boring.

  b. Any lesson is not boring.

         - NO ANY as Object.

E.g :

- Whom did they help ?

  a. They helped no body.

  b. They did not help any body.

- What does a lion eat ?

  a. A lion eats nothing.

  b. A lion does not anything.

- What novel have we read ?

 a. We have read no novel.

 b. We have not read any novel.

           - NO ANY as Adv of Place (No where Any where)

E.g :

- Where does she go ?

  a. She goes no where.

  b. She does not go any where

- Where will they go ?

  a. They will go no where.

  b. They will not go any where

             - NO ANY as Adv of Time (No when Any when )E.g :

- When did Risky come ?

  a. Risky came no when.

  b. Risky did not come any when.

- When was she climbing a tree ?

  a. She was climbing a tree no when.

  b. She was not climbing a tree any when.
